Process Gateway Disappears

Process Gateway Disappears

Hi Support,
We are using Zenon 6.51 SP0 on Windows 7 (32-Bit). While using Zenon Process Gateway, when we add the variables (1 or more than 1) in order to export data over DNP3.0 Protocol, by pressing OK, the Zenon Process Gateway Disappears completely without working. If we click again on zenProcGateway.exe file, nothing happens.
If we remove the configuration from zenProcGateway.ini file (in System Folder), and leave only the below fields:
[GENERAL]
DLL=AccessDNP3.dll
;PROJECT=MYPROJECT
;DLL=AccessDEC.dll
;DLL=AccessSQL.dll
;DLL=AccessMODBUS.dll
;DLL=AccessIEC870Sl.DLL
;DLL=AccessDNP3.dll
;DLL=AccessSNMP.dll
Then, zenon process gateway starts again, shows the 'configuration' button, but once we open configuration, and export any number of variables from left window to right and press 'OK', again Process Gateway stops working and disappears completely.
We have faced this issue on multiple PCs. Kindly advise an immediate resolution to this issue.
Regards.
