I am using Zenon Version 14, Energy Edition and experiencing an issue when executing commands via the Process Gateway.

I am transferring the data of IEDs communicated via IEC 61850 to upper-level users using the 104 protocol in the Process Gateway. Commands are also issued through this gateway. The position commands of devices must be executed with Select Before Operate and should be blocked in case of interlock conditions.

However, when a command is sent via the Process Gateway, it bypasses the interlock conditions in "Command Processing" and executes the command directly. To resolve this, I activated "Select Routing", but now, commands are not working. With every select command issued, the "Failed updates" count increases in the Process Gateway screen, and I receive a "Negative Activation Confirmation" notification in the 104 simulation program. Although the interlock conditions in Command processing are met and no command group is assigned to the variable, I still receive this error.

What could be the cause, and how can it be resolved?
