Problem with zenonRCE.exe

Problem with zenonRCE.exe

i have a project using zenon 6.51 hmi scada softwear .
the project using the advanced TPH-1250 hmi touchpanel with wince 6.0
when i transport wince runtime file to the touchpanel and run the zenonRCE.exe problem, it appears an error dialog box as below
"zenonRCE.exe is not a valid wince programme "
i do not the reason
