Problem with two-monitor application

Hello everyone,
I have a big issue with two-monitor administration.
When I turn off and then on once again second monitor, the application does not show on it. I can only see about 1cm vertical frame with app. Only solution is to close and start program once again.
Anyone faced this problem? Came up with any solution?
