Dear Support Team,

We are experiencing a problem with loading trends in the zenon Runtime.

When I enter a time period of approximately 10 days, for example from 20.09. to 29.09., the trend screen simply freezes.

The following error appears in Diagnosis when loading the trend screen:

Reading of historical data from file cancelled because there is less than 10% free memory left or the SPEICHER setting is not high enough. calculated remaining memory: 9% accumulated size: 16813 specified maximum: 2048000000 total memory: 16870977536 available memory: 1672540160

I tried changing the SPEICHER parameter in the zenon6.ini file to 2 GB; however, the same error still occurs.

The data is archived at 1-second intervals, with the archive cycle set to 15 minutes, and the maximum ARX file size is approximately 3,000 KB.

We have the same archive configuration in another project, where we do not experience any problems. We are also using a Supervisor license for that project.

I am also continuously receiving the following error related to the license:

Error text: Reduce unit counter for start count failed, Error code is 32

I tried to search for information regarding the meaning of this error, but I could not find any relevant information. Could you please explain what this error means and what might be causing it?

The PC has 16 GB of RAM.
