did anyone successfully read the operating hours counter of a Siemens Sentron PAC3200 energy-meter?

The handbook says unsigned long (Zenon=ULINT), Offset 213:

The driver is Modbus-Energy and the kWh are right but the value of the operating-hours (secons) are not.

Does anyone has a solution for this issue?
