Dear All,
I am using a "Print" Screen type specific function for printing trend. I deleted this "Print" function in another screens like Alarm Message List and Chronological Event List for testing purpose.
But the problem is Zenon runtime is sending the documents to printer continuously even I didn't add any function on "Time control". I would like to print the documents when I click on the print button on the trend screen.
Please explain where is the problem and how to solve. Even If I switched off the printer, the Zenon response is too slow and some time it is hanged due to overloading on printer after few weeks. If I delete all the documents which is on Printer, then it is working good. So I like to stop this continuous printing option for better performance. Kindly give me the reply as soon as possible.
