Popup in front of other popup

Popup in front of other popup

Hi,
does anyone know how to define the order of the popups?
I have a popup1, with a button, which opens a new popup2. But when he opens that popup2, he becomes visible behind the popup1, which causes that I cannot click on popup2 to close and cannot do anything anymore with popup1.
I tried myself already to set popup2 "always in the foreground", but no result.
