Passing ALC color between projects of multiserver model

Hello, colleagues! We use 6.51. In our master project we need to get lines color of child projects. We think about using aliases for this needs, but they work only inside one project. The another way we think is to use VBA to get line ALC color, move it into some variable and in master project get ALC color from this variable. But we found no elements in VBA object model to do this. So question is - is there some way to automatically set line color of master color by ALC-color of line in child project?
