One button -> 2 variables set to 1

One button -> 2 variables set to 1

Is it possible (without any script), that with one button, you can set 2 variables to a certain value.
for example:
- set "TEMP_MOTOR_AUTO_RUN" to 0
- set "TEMP_MOTOR_MAN_RUN" to 1
