Hi,
So, I have a few different scenarios: Standalone Zenon sessions, Single Runtime + N Terminals, Active/Standby runtimes + N Terminals. All running Zenon 10 Build 2xxxxx. Either storing Alarms in Local Disk or SQL. And one common issue: Old alarms showing up in reports for no reason. Tried already increasing the buffer size (initially was set to 500. Tried from 5000 up to 32000 already) and no success so far... Randomly this old alarms start showing up on reports and the only way to get rid is delete them either in SQL or by deleting the alarm.bin files.
Customers keep asking why this happens and I have no answer. Does anyone has a real reason for this? And maybe a proper fix?
