Dear all,

I have a project with 3 users, the authorization levels are defined using user groups.

One user is Administrator, another a Power User and a Simple user.

Power User is not allowed to create/edit other power users, so my expectation:

User - can not edit other users at all

Poweruser - can add other User

Administrator - can add other User, Power user or Administrator

However in the Service Engine if the Administrator user is used to create a new user it always ends up being an Administrator (as of user type)!

The Power user can create User, that is working fine.

I am using the built in templates to rule out any dependencies.
