Network doesn't work on Windows CE devices

What can I do if the zenOn network (server, client) doesn't work with Windows CE devices?

  • Please check if the file zenNetSrvCE.dll exists in the directory on the CE device where the zenOnRCE.exe is located
  • Until zenOn 6.21 the network must be licensed. Please contact the support for checking the serial number
  • Be aware that on the PC in the hosts file (located in c:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc) the CE device is written with IP-address and name and on the CE device in the zenOn6.ini the entry [IPADDR] includes the correct Servername and IP-address
