NEC Builtin PC - for Zenon with Windows CE

Dears,
Happy new year to all. I would like to seek your expertise. I have annunciator project using NEC 52" LCD comes with a builtin PC as attached. The plan is to install Zenon in this PC with Windows CE. This PC will connect directly to IEC61850 compliant relays and the only task is to display all alarms.
I would like to know if anybody has used this PC (attached) in Windows CE with zenon. I need a confirmation that this application will work with this type of PC. If not, any possible solution?
