Monitor Administration (2 monitors)

Greetings!

I have a question.

Does "Monitor Administration (2 monitors)" can be connected with VGA? because i try to connect my computer to a monitor with VGA cable it did not show anything
However when i connect with HDMI cable, both 2 screen able to perform.
