Modbus Energy + Janitza UMG 503

I use Modbus Energy Driver, settings below. I have tried to read to variable from Janitza UMG 503, modbus register 1000, type float. In Zenon I have created the variable type REAL which is connected to this driver. I set the offset from 997 then 998 to 1003, and then the same but this time in driver with Offset 1, so all of the possible configuration. No matter what I do, I cant't read correctly the value like with the ModbusTool (order 1234). See screenshot above.
