Login Problem AD User

Hallo,
seit kurzem ist es den AD Userern nicht mehr möglich sich in der Runtime an zu melden.
(Fehler: "Ungültiger Benutzername")
Die Konstellation ist wie folgt: Angemeldet wird über den Webclient auf einem TerminalServer.
Die Runtime ist aufgebaut mit einem Globalprojekt (Hier sind die Benutzer und Benutzergruppen definiert), einem Integrationsprojekt und 5 Unterprojekten.
Die Benutzerdaten aus dem Globalprojekt werden immer mit übertragen.
Desweiteren gibt es schon länger das Problem, dass beim Anmelden eines Zenonusers (Admin) auch erst 2 mal die Meldung "Ungültiger Benutzername" kommt, bevor dann beim dritten Versuch der Login funktioniert.
Verwendet wird Zenon 7 auf einem Windowsserver R2 2008
Leider bin ich zimlich Ratlos wo hier ein Fehler liegt. Vielleicht gibt es auch Serverseitig ein Problem, aber die Anmeldung am Terminalserver funktioniert ja auch mittel AD.
Vielleicht hat ja hier noch jemand eine Idee ;)
