I have an issue with logic redundancy. 

I have SERVER-1 and SERVER-2. I share my settings for logic properties below. 

The issue is that the logic service does not work in the standby regime. I can download logic to just one server, but I can't download logic to the second one. The logic service can not start to run on the SERVER-2. 

On the other hand, sometimes there is a communication error while downloading logic. Although I checked all parameters (IP addresses and host names on the host file), logic properties, I am encountering a communication error.
