It's Impossible to restore project-Data ZenOn 6.20SP1

Hello every one.

I have a virtual machine with ZenOn 6.20 and 6.22 and I am having issues with 6.20 ever since I got it but since I was not needing it I was just getting by this issue using only 6.22, now I am working on a project with 6.20 and I just cannot figure this out.

I have an existing project I did the backup straight from the screen and it just will not restore the project when I try in ZenOn Explorer. See picture attached.

I tried to find the error log "ZenDbSrvErr.txt" file but I could not locate it.

Any help would be much appreciated.
