Issue connecting ZENON 7.11 to S7-1200 (Programmed with TIA portal)

I hope this email finds you well.

My
name is Sonia. I am busy testing ZENON 7.11 software to communicate
with a S7-1200 Siemens PLC. I am running the ZENON 7.11 on my personal
computer for testing ( no HMI involved at this stage yet) and directly
communication to the PLC via ethernet. I am using the S7 TCP-IP driver
compatible with S7-1200 as well. I have programmed the PLC using TIA
Portal. I can ping the PLC from my personal computer but still getting
the red dot on my ZENON runtime for no communication.

Is there
any specific configuration that needs to be done for the communication
to take place? I have used the same IP address on my driver
configuration, same net address etc. See attached screenshot of my driver:
