Greetings,

I’m encountering difficulties with uninstalling the Zenon software. I have versions 8.20, 10, and 14 installed, but I’m unable to uninstall any of them.

For versions 8.20 and 10, I receive the following notification:

As for Zenon 14, I am unable to locate the file "XML WorkloadsSetup.config," which is supposed to be on the E: drive, but it doesn’t exist.

What are my options?
