I have checked some of the Screen types and I haven´t found one to create this functionality, the idea is that when the operator is using a faceplate he can write some notes about the tag and this notes have to be store in another independent screen with: date of creation or modification, category, message(text that operator writes). Also have filter for this, for point, date, category, etc. Are there anyway by create this from zero, maybe using Add-in. Thanks in advanced.
