Interlocking: Value not available

Hi all I have this interlocking conditions: (X01.Value = 1) AND (X02.Value = 5) I want to be able to control my device even when Value 1 is not available and have the interlocking explicitly when the Value is = 1, but I get "One or more values are not available" I checked the Help files and it seems to be an Internal interlocking condition. Can I disable or change this behavior for this Interlocking?
