Installation on Touch Screen using DOM

We are unable to install zenOn 6.22 SP0 RUNTIME on a Divus Touch Screen running on Disk-On Module (DOM). The error was "There is not enough space available".
The DOM capacity is 2GB. The C: partition is 500MB, and the rest in D: RAM = 512MB
Windows XP Embedded installation occupies about 260MB, so we have about 240MB free disk space. During the start of the installation (Windows Installer), we could see that C: drive was fully occupied. (0 MB)
Questions:
1. What is the minimum disk space required for zenOn 6.22 runtime installation?
2. Is there a way to force the installation to run on D: drive?
3. Is there a work around on this problem?
