I have a siemens S7-400 CPU, Zenon and Zenon IEC61850 client driver. 

When i loose connection to my S7-400 PLC i am setting some alarms. when the connection is back i need to write all the current IEC16850 values to the PLC again. how can i force write all values to the PLC even if there is no change. i want to write all the values Zenon currently has. I get so little data that all values takes a long time to get a new spontaneous values over IEC61850 and when the PLC discovers the commination breakdown i substitute all values with error codes.
