IEC 60870-5-104-Time stamp problem

IEC 60870-5-104-Time stamp problem

E.g. For a variable i use Type T30 single point with CP56Time2a and i need to show change in CEL.
When the value change , i see the result in CEL, but i have one hour difference.
With this format, i can't know if it's winter time or not.
how i can resolve this problem
As you see in the attachment, in CEL i have variable 120_1_CC: Command (T45 single commnad)
and 120_1_Status : feedback (T30 single point with CP56Time2a).
but i have one hour difference?
I can't find option about winter time in driver! how i can resolve the problem?
