IEC 60870-5-104 Driver

Hi,
We are using Zenon 7.00 with IEC 60870-5-104 Driver,T01 single-point information(reading Status),T45 single command(sending a command).
My question: if we lose the connection between RTU(PLC) and Zenon SCADA. After, we made some manipulation(send a command from PLC and change the Status). If the connection is back , i don't see ,in the event list the change that was made in the system!
i was thinking that driver must have a buffer that accumulate all change when the communication is lost and send it back when the communication is back? or I'm missing something in my statement?
the same problem with the trend (We use T13 for variable). We lose all the information when the communication is broken between PLC and SCADA. but the PLC keep having this information from equipment, so it's should same way how i can read all these information as the communication is back.
Tanks for you help
