I always get "Error # -60 Opening file" with the function "Read Dbase file

I allways get "Error # -60 Opening file" with the function "Read Dbase file"

The documentation contains NAME,WERT,TYP,DIRECTION , which is wrong!
The *.dbf file needs the columns NAME,WERT,TYP,DIRECTION .
