How to use Zenon Logic with RTU & also with SCADA at the same time.

Hi guys..
Now that the PCE engine for scripting is being discontinued, we are told to use Zenon-Logic for the purpose of implementing interlocks or functions that affect the behaviour of variables. In this regard I have a question.
I am using a Brodersen RTU as controller wherein a logic written in Straton & executes continuously. Zenon is being used as the HMI on a panel PC. Now in the panel PC, I've developed the screens and control interfaces and also used the StratonNG driver to link the RTU to the HMI.
I need to write some logic-interlocks and some file functions on the Zenon Logic within Zenon run-time that executes locally on the HMI-PC. This is completely separate from the Straton logic in the RTU.
I wish to know how to go about this..
