How to set update time and threshold for measurment variable in IEC 104

How can I set update time and threshold of the measurement variable (example current) in zenon 6.22 SP1
I m using IEC 61870 104 driver for connection of IED an zenon 6.22 SP1
When I start run time version the current is represent correct, but when I change current to different value it is not changing in picture.
So how can I set the time and threshold for reading the variable from IED.
