How to send a spontanous command to RTU?

Hi
I have a Zenon 6.51SP0 communicating with a SICAM AK1703ACP RTU
Communication is made using the IEC870 - 104 protocol
System reads correctly spontaneous data generated from RTU.
What I want to do is generate a "spontaneous signal" to set some digital output of the RTU (for example pressing a button on HMI).
I saw that if I set a value of a IEC870 tag of type T1, no data is sent from Zenon to RTU (I sniffed ethernet data with wireshark)
Data is sent only if I use T45 (single command) but this does not the job I need.
I have one util (called IEC870_TEST.EXE) that is able to generate a T1 spontaneous value to the RTU thus activating or deactivating hardware outputs.
Can I make the same with ZENON??
Thanks in advance
