How to evaluate the locked state?

I can "lock" e.g. a switch by using Command in the energy edition. However how can I evaluate this status in other parts of my project?

The response variable which is locked has the statusbit "ST_M1" set. This user-definable statusbit has this special meaning in the energy edition of zenOn and therefore should not be used elsewhere in the project.
