Hide toolbar in report viewer

Hide toolbar in report viewer

1)How can we hide the report viewer toolbar? (see attached JPG)
I found someone posted this question 3 years ago. I am not sure if this have been improved in Zenon 7.

2)Any easy way to keep refreshing the report viewer once value change? or need to write a program to make it?
