help with creating variables zenon 6.51

hello,
today I tried to create some variables in zenon and couldn't get them working
Under variables section in project tree I created as usual and when transported and reloaded project, the variables were created but didnt change, like there was no communication.
But the old variables, created before, were communicating well with plc!
the plc was siemens s7-400 tcp driver
does anyone have any suggestion?? the zenon has around 6000 tags
