GIS Control ActiveX Element Error in Service Engine

GIS Control ActiveX Element Error in Service Engine

Has anyone encountered the error message
"Failed to load GIS configuration. Possible reason: the file is corrupt or invalid"
during runtime?

I followed the steps in the manual "GIS Integration" to create the GIS Display

- Create and save the configuration file in GIS Editor
- Create the ActiveX element in Engineering Studio and selecting the GISControl.GISControl Option
- Create Screen switch function to navigate to the screen.

During the first service engine boot up and navigation to the screen, the map data loads without issue.

However, any subsequent navigation to the screen or utilization of the reload function results in the following error:
"Failed to load GIS configuration. Possible reason: the file is corrupt or invalid"

The only way to load the GIS is to completely shut down the service engine and start it again.

Any help to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
