Function use ... and Display not-used functions ... not work

Hi,
when I try to use the following features of the editor, no window appears with the results:
Functions -> context menu -> Function use ...
Functions -> context menu -> Display not-used functions ...
I have to set something in a configuration file?
Can I see a possible error in a log file?
