Event and interlocking in ALC

Event and interlocking in ALC

There are two different source with same voltage level in my project, first local power plant and second grid. I intend to use from ALC and Topology module in project because there are lines that fed by two different sources. Zenon can recognize parallel condition and indicate it.
1. Is there capability for automatically producing event by system when parallel condition occurs (without any logic by user)?
Some times power plant works in island mode and we need to interlocking in the interconnection point with grid before synchronizing to prevent close command in this point.
2. Is it possible to consider Interlocking in interconnection point between to different source by zenon same as “Voltage towards ground”?
my zenon is 6.5 sp1.
