Error during Installation zenon7.20

Dear all,
Good time

Could any one please suggest about problem cabinet file corrupted, when I install zenon 7.20 :

ERROR: Error 1335.The cabinet file 'Data1.cab' required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used. This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package.
It gives me the message along with three option, ignor, retry and abort. no one works except abort installation, time and again same is the problem. Please find attached error file and advice if any one knows about it.
