Hi,

I am working on zenon software platform V8.20. I am planning to update the zenon software platform to 12.0 .After installation of new platform my old dongle license which i have used for 8.20 is not working with 12.0. 

A new popup message is displayed, informing that dongle license is provided with V8.20 while trying to access 12.0.Is there any way to update my dongle license so that i can use with zenon software platform 12.0.
