Displaying help information for Alarms during runtime

Hello!
I am using Zenon 6.51 SP0. My project is intended for Vipa touch panel with windows CE, however, I am testing it using the zenon simulator under Windows 7.
In my project, alarms are implemented via Reaction matrices (binary). They are displayed in an Alarm Message List. In the Alarm Message List it is possible to choose each alarm, by clicking on it. The feature that I would like to implement is: when an alarm is chosen, one can press a button, that will open a pop-up window or .chm file with more detailed description of the alarm. I have created a sample file of type .chm. In the Reaction Matrix dialog window it is possible to type in the name of the help file and a chapter. But I do not no how to open this file during runtime.
I have also tried to open my .chm help file with a built-in function, but it did not work either.
Can anyone explain how the help file can be opened for a chosen alarm? Or explain how to open a help file using a built-in function.?
Best regards,
Andrei
