I need to disable certain machines or parts of machines due to maintenance or because they are not yet fully implemented.

We are using Equipment Modeling to define machines and their components. However, I’m trying to figure out how to disable alarms for only specific equipment. I can see options to disable alarms based on alarm groups or classes, but not directly by Equipment Group.

Interestingly, in the Message Control settings, it is possible to suppress messages for specific Equipment Groups. Why isn't a similar mechanism available for alarms? This inconsistency is confusing.

Is there a way to disable alarms for a specific Equipment Group, similar to how it works in Message Control?
