Hi,

I was using Version 8.2, 10, 11 & 12 in my laptop. All versions were switching perfectly whenever there was requirement to switch.

Once I tried to Install 7.2 Version to check compatibility for some site requirement.

Now, I am unable to access any of the upper versions like 10, 11, 12. Only 8.2 I can access through startup tool. Please support. I am really stuck.
