DCO command variable isOnline question?

Hello,
Every time when load project. All driver variables with IEC60870 protocol DCO or SCO command is offline. Is it possible to make it online without any command to send real command? My rema has alarm class "Control" and logging to Event list cell when command is executed. at first time rema not work, because variable is not online. later it works fine because variable is Online.
Question is it possible to make variable Online without sending command?
I don't use system messages from command window because it does not have alarm classes. All system messages are suppressed. I have trouble with event filtering when class is 0.(system messages).
How to make variable Online.Inicialize first value on startup All variables which connected to 46 or 45 IEC-60870-5-101/104 protocol commands.
Sorry for my English
Thanks
