Datengewinnung über Adam-4017+ Modbus RTU
Hallo Zusammen,
ich möchte für eine Photovoltaikvisualisierung aktuelle Strom und Spannungswerte an einem TPC darstellen. Auf dem TPC läuft Win CE in der Version 6.0 und die Zenon Runtime 7.0, dabei verfügt der TPC über eine RS-485 Schnittstelle. Das ADAM 4017+ ist über das Tool von Advantech ansprechbar und die Messwerte können über dieses Tool auch ausgelesen werden.
Ich verwende folgende Einstellungen im Modbus Treiber in der Zenon Runtime:
Verbindung: Seriell+ASCII
Allgemeiens: Maximale Blockgröße 32
Byte-Reihenfolge für DWORD: Intel Format (Little-Endian)
Byte-Reihenfolge für FLOAT: Modbus Standard (Big-Endian)
Byte Reihenfolge für STRING: PC-Format (Little Endian)
Fehlerbehandlung:
Verb Timeout 3000ms
Wiederholungen im Fehlerfall 6
Verzögerungszeit nach Verbindungsabbruch 20000ms
Senderverzögerung 10ms
Com Einstellungen:
Com 2
Datenbit: 8
Stoppbit: 1
Baudrate: 9600
Parität: No
Protokoll: No
Ich habe mir zwei Variablen für meine Eingangswerte (Strom_In u. Spannung_In) angelegt und folgende Einstellungen vorgenommen:
Adressierung:
Netzwerkadresse: 40001 (diese Adresse wird im Advantech Tool unter Modbus angezeigt)
Restlichen Werte: 0
Treiber Anbindung:
Treiber: MODRTU32 - Modbus RTU and Open Modbus TCP
Datentyp: UINT
Treiber-Objekttyp: AnalogInput
Parität: Normal
Ansonsten wurden keine Einstellungen vorgenommen.
Nun habe ich versucht die Daten mittels Trendelement am TPC darzustellen, jedoch bis jetzt ohne Erfolg. :mad:
Vielleicht hat jemand eine Idee was ich übersehe bzw. falsch mache oder weiß eine passende Dokumentation.
