DATEI32 File Driver

DATEI32 File Driver

Hello,

I want to import data from "data" (csv) file To Zenon archives.
One solution proposed from our local support is to use file driver "DATEI32 (but they didn't try)

From help file :
"The file driver supports the data exchange between zenon and an external program. To realise this the external program writes files with archive data to a pre-defined directory on the harddisk or a RAM disk. zenon reads these files with chronological synchronism and evaluates the real-time stamps. Via this time stamp, the data is sorted into the CEL, the alarm list and the archives. The newest value is displayed in the online screens. In return, set values of zenon are also written to files; these are read and evaluated by the external program."

So I try this : the data have to be in particular .DAT file : OK.
But the data doesn't have a reference to another variable of which I want to assign the values.
So the data will be only "linked" with the variable driver created ?

And when I try to test this driver, the .DAT files are not used and the deleted.. like there is no action. And in the log file I find not relevant information, nor in CEL.

As someone used this driver ?

Thank you !
