Data is not updated in RT when change setting

Hi all, I got a problem about the data when I tried to change setting but nothing was updated in RT For example: - I changed the ordering and the name of column for Alarm Message List and Chronological Event List but when I move into the screen Alarm or Event there was nothing changed. Of course I ticked update automaticcally in Alarm list and Event List. - I tried to create a new user offline but when I logged into Login screen I could not log in with the user I created new. The I tried to use function edit users to create a new user and it could log in successfully. Could you help me with this situation. Do I have change the setting in the .ini file of the project?
