Customized screen arrangement

Hi,

Customer is asking me to configure a Customized screen arrangement for each user. It means, when User 1 log in, he could see the screen in a predefined order (for example: process display in the right and events in the left), but when User 2 log in, he could see the screens in a different way (for example: process display in the left and events in the right).

I was thinking use functions to do that. But I donÂ't know if is possible to do this simpler?
