Customized active directory used during E-Signature

We are currently facing an issue with AD login in the Zenon version 11 . The customized AD login has been configured for the user, and they are able to log in successfully from the main login screen. However, when performing an e-signature, the system displays an “Invalid password” error.

Previously, the user was able to perform e-signatures without any issue.

Kindly advise on the possible reason for this issue and suggest the appropriate steps to resolve it.
