Ctrl+Alt+R and Ctrl+Alt+D Shortcuts not working

Hello,

I am using zenon 7.60, From my editor i unable to open RT folder and Data folder using the Shortcuts Ctrl+Alt+R and Ctrl+Alt+D respectively.
kindly advice.
