Create dynamic elements in runtime

Create dynamic elements in runtime

hello,
I am working on a project which goes like this
1. Read data from an Xml file (Xml file has data about packet, pallet and pattern specifications. That is, group of boxes in a pattern as a layer and group of layers on a pallet.)
2. Write specifications of packet and pallet.
3. Show pattern (which can be shown in the same screen or a pop up screen with boxes representing pattern, Which depends on number, orientation of boxes etc. )
Bytheway, I have gone through few threads, which says we can't create dynamic elements in runtime throught VBA. But, It would be helpful, evenif there is a suggestion through Active_x or anyother. I have a code in VB6, which does this.
Now, I have a program which satisfies 1 and 2 tasks. Can someone please give me an idea, how can one create dynamic elements in Zenon runtime using VBA or VSTA. Hope, I am clear.
Thanks!
